Schmoog Will not Show Mail and Breaks Apps Page 2
I'm 65 years old and I occasionally get blanks in memory. Who knows, maybe Alzheimer sending me greetings from a far and promises to meet me... Why, but I started recording/taking notices of things too late/too clumsy... Signing in to Proton Mail, I found that many usernames starting with miro were already taken, I tried many... And so it happened I forgot which one that was available I finally took.
It's just username, password and a recovery email or recovery phone number that are needed to sign up. I'm almost certain now, but for about one day as I've been writing this I wasn't, that I gave only the recovery email, danko196708 [at] google.com, and not any phone number at all.
It boils down to only this screenshot of Proton account page after the verification code was sent:
The video it was taken from [*] is available, if you want to check it up, otherwise it's not necessary.
Pls. notice in the page the hour:minutes, which is 11:32 (top left corner). So that's when the verification code was sent.
And that one mail arrived to google and was shown on my schmail page. Read on.
Now pls. excuse me for poor quality videos some documentation consists of/is derived from, i.e. the videos are shaky and screencasts obtained from them are not perfect, since I only later discovered how that smartphone of mine could do screencasting (but wait to see how it wouldn't help either, as google will break/disable that screenrecorder app), and so I was sitting on a bench just like this one (that's the shirt sleeve on my left arm in bottom) wielding two mobiles, recording on one what showed on the other:
That happened at, as the timestamp in the file name of picture says (for those who analyze content: just click on the picture and it will open full screen, look up the address bar, the name of the file itself is the string after the last "/"; and more people should generally analyze content in depth, if humanity is to oppose those of digitalization changes, being worldwide globally announced, which are wrong and dangerous, but this is a digression). The timestamp says: "2023-09-21-11-43", i.e.: after 2023-09-21 11:43. After because that's the time of the start of the video. To make that video, and some others, I used the pause button, so it's made of a few stretches. The picture of that bench is actually just after this other screenshot from the video started at 11:43 [**], and they're both towards the end of it. This one shows the shop where very kind software engineers helped me get the connection to Internet:
That's the mall in the center of Novi Zagreb. Novi Zagreb is the part of the City of Zagreb which is accross the river Sava, separated by it from the main city. It comprises about 1/4 of the city by population. This mall, with this shop is in the center of it. (And not all software engineers there are kind and knowledgeable like the two who helped me. The name of the shop is in white shiny letters in the top left quarter of the picture.)
In that same 11:43-started video there is, in a few places, more importantly, clearly visible the arrived mail from Proton:
You can see in the Schmail-ge-mail there is the message with "Proton verification code is: 920725". And you can see that it arrived at 11:34, which is some 9 minutes earlier, but two minutes after the Proton sent it.
Importantly, you can see that there I had received the Telegram verification code on March 8.
But after 11:32 and before 11:43 I had a few other different sending of mail from Proton (unless Martians stepped in, that is, or unless some particular rare never known network virus struck Proton, or the wireless conversation between Proton and Google exactly then; I'm only being sarcastic), but those never arrived.
And that's in the first part of the 11:43 video, just 37 seconds long, that I'll now suggest to you to view:

That is the first 37 seconds of the video [***], after those 37 seconds I spend another 1 1/2 minute attempting to overturn every corner of the schmoog mail interface, to find those other mails from Proton that were sent to my schmoog mail, all in vain. And there's a tiny bit of my Telegram account interface, and then the source of the two screenshots of the bench and the shop I mentioned above.
And tell me, was it the Martians that intervened, or was it some virus decided to strike right then and right in the wireless flow from Proton to Google, the dear Schmoogle?
Jokes aside, it's the same email address in my google account as well as the email address in my Proton form: danko196708 [at] google.com.
And to that same email address the verification code email had earlier arrived.
Apparently somebody at google, human or robot, decided/was programmed not to show the mail with the username that arrived to them at Proton. And multiple times so. That in this video is I think the third time, and I tried later as well.
